VO1’s can be returned to the factory during the first 30 days from sale, for a refund. Any returns will require customer to pay for all shipping charges and product returned by customer in "like new" condition. Customer will be liable for damaged returns.

Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Series VocalBooths are a custom product made to order with no return policy. Any returns considered are made solely at the discretion of VocalBooth.com Inc. Any returns accepted will require customer to pay for all shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee with product returned by customer in "like new" condition. Customer will be liable for damaged returns. If default is made in the payment of any sums due to VocalBooth.com Inc., the customer agrees to pay all necessary and reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by VocalBooth.com Inc. which are necessary and reasonable for collection of the sums due to VocalBooth.com Inc.
